About The Role
Blibli OMG is part of Blibli Group, a fast-growing omnichannel retail business. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Data Support Operational Staff to help manage and ensure the accuracy of our operational data while supporting business decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
As a Data Support Operational Staff, you are responsible for processing and managing data on a daily basis, ensuring it is accurately organized and ready for use. You compile and generate reports that present clear and reliable information for stakeholders, while maintaining data integrity throughout the process. In addition, you perform data insight analytics to identify trends, uncover patterns, and provide actionable insights that support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field, with GPA 3.00.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with at least one of these tools: Power BI, Looker Studio, or Python.
- Some experience with data visualization is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Support, Data Entry, or similar roles is preferred.
- Careful with details and able to handle large datasets accurately.
- Team player who can meet deadlines and collaborate well.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new things.
- Open to working on-site at KS Tubun.
