Responsibilities
- Handle incoming tickets and emails from customers, prospects, and internal teams through Freshworks regarding our services
- Manage the full user account lifecycle, including registration, renewal, and account deactivation via the Membership Platform
- Respond to live chat inquiries and requests from Pro Plus customers via Freshchat platform
- Maintain and update customer databases, and provide weekly reports on any encountered issues
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding services provided to customers
- Stay up-to-date with Hukumonline’s products and services
- Diploma degree (D3) from any major
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Legal Tech products and services
