Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming tickets and emails from customers, prospects, and internal teams through Freshworks regarding our services
  • Manage the full user account lifecycle, including registration, renewal, and account deactivation via the Membership Platform
  • Respond to live chat inquiries and requests from Pro Plus customers via Freshchat platform
  • Maintain and update customer databases, and provide weekly reports on any encountered issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding services provided to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with Hukumonline’s products and services

Requirements

  • Diploma degree (D3) from any major
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Legal Tech products and services
