- Understand all the information needed in online services to customers so they can provide the correct information.
- Analyzing and solving customer needs in online services with the correct information effectively and efficiently.
- Understand and analyze the way of delivering product information to customers to meet customer needs.
- Maintain good relations with internal and external parties to encourage the achievement of business goals and fulfill operational targets.
- Checking that facilities and equipment for online services are ready for use so that operations can run well.
- Input and maintain the contact center database (including complaints, inquiries, and others) as input for further analysis in CRM.
Qualifications
- D3 or S1 from any major, preferably from Public Relations, Communication, or Marketing.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in the Contact Center area; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills.
