Job Description

  • Handle daily customer inquiries through available communication channels (chat, email, phone, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the supervisor or relevant department.
  • Maintain service quality and meet individual performance targets (SLA, response time, CSAT, etc.).
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
  • Good command of English (minimum conversational level).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer complaints professionally.
