Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of borrower customer data
- Conduct contract signing with customers in accordance with company procedures
- Perform field visits or surveys to customers’ offices to verify information and maintain service quality
- Provide an excellent customer experience through professional interaction and responsive service
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding and contract processes
- Minimum SMK/SMA/Diploma degree in any major
- Preferably has experience in customer service, field survey, or credit administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible
- Willing to work in the field and travel to customer locations
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) is an advantage
- STNK & Motorcycle valid number plate
- Have an active smartphone and cellphone number
- Mastering the Jabodetabek and surrounding areas
