Corporate Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to sharpen commercial of growth initiatives and realize value post-investment.

Reporting to the Corporate Development / M&A, this role will work close with SP&I to ensure integration plans are practical, measurable, and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Due Diligence: Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer / channel research to validate strategic fit and growth assumptions for potential investments.
• Synergy & Value Capture: Partner with Corporate Development and Strategic Planning teams to identify, model, and synergies, ensuring they translate into measurable outcomes post-closing.
• Integration Planning: Support integration planning across key functions, helping define priorities, sequencing, and accountability for post-merger initiatives.
• Strategic Projects: Contribute to broader strategic initiatives, including portfolio reviews, and performance tracking of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in Management Consulting (strategy or operations), in-house Corporate Strategy, or in-house Corporate Development role
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear strategic narratives
• Solid Excel capability for commercial modelling (market sizing, synergy, scenario analysis).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel

• Ability to break complex initiatives into clear, sequenced actions — understanding what must happen first, what depends on what, and where execution risks typically arise.
• Strong value orientation
• Prior exposure to operating businesses or post-deal execution is a plus
