Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Legal role based in Gading Serpong. The Corporate Legal Associate is responsible for providing legal support and ensuring the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. The role covers contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal risk assessment, dispute handling, and advisory support to management and business units. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can balance legal rigor with business pragmatism in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Provide practical legal advice to management and internal teams on legal risks and proposed deal structures.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle company licenses, permits, corporate documents, and statutory filings.
• Support corporate governance matters including maintenance of board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and company documents.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to the business.
• Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external lawyers when needed.
• Liaise with government authorities and external parties on legal matters.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all legal records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
• 3-4 years in corporate legal.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in legal document preparation including contract drafting and reviewing.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effective.
• Familiarity with international legal frameworks is a plus.
• Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus.
