Compliance Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• Regulatory Update: Monitor and analyze the latest regulations from OJK, Bappebti, PPATK, and Polri to ensure the company stays ahead of legal changes and maintains full operational compliance.
• Product Review: Conduct thorough compliance assessments of all products and features to ensure they align with current Indonesian laws and mitigate potential regulatory risks.
• Reporting: Manage the end-to-end preparation and submission of all mandatory reports to regulators, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Compliance professional in an OJK-regulated company.
• Strong understanding of Legal & Compliance frameworks within the Indonesian financial or commodity sector.
• Proven ability to liaise with regulators and handle statutory reporting (OJK, PPATK, Bappebti).
