Summary of The Job

The role encompasses the comprehensive management of the end-to-end claims process, including effective communication with various stakeholders, meticulous document handling, and system registration. Supporting the Qoala for Enterprise (Digital Partnership) business unit, this position ensures seamless operations and enhanced customer satisfaction throughout the claims journey.

Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Meticulously verify and recheck additional documents shared by customers via Email or WhatsApp before uploading them to the dashboard or forwarding them to insurance partners.
  • Communication Handling: Manage both Inbound and Outbound communications across multiple channels:
  • Problem Resolution: Actively handled hard complaints and ensure issues are escalated to the relevant team members for swift resolution.
  • System Administration: Ensure all claim data is accurately registered and updated in the internal system.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Experience or Claims Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (capable of using formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable handling high-pressure customer interactions.
  • High level of integrity/honesty and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
