Job Description
Assisting Head of Legal in developing and implementing Good Corporate Governance as well as corporate secretarial assignment to meet the regulatory requirement and assist in commercial and Corporate Legal tasks as required to ensure the GCG implementation within the Company and corporate legal task is handled properly within appropriate SLA.

Job Description
- Responsible for organizing Board of Commissioner meetings with Directors, Sharia Supervisory Board meetings and the General Meeting of Shareholders and preparing an end to end necessary preparation
- Communicate with Board of Director and executive committee and their team to gather /convey relevant information especially relevant to meetings and their obligation pursuant to relevant regulation
- Monitoring the Company’s compliance with the Company Law and other statutory provisions, the Articles of Association, Financial Services Authority and related statutory regulations
- Administrating the Company’s mandatory report and collecting the mandatory report from relevant function as well as arranging for the submission to OJK and relevant competent authority
- Serving as a key consultant to the board of directors and to the executive management team
- Oversee communication and coordinate activities between company and stakeholders
- Bachelor degree in Law
- 5-7 years of experience in legal & corporate secretary roles, preferably having experience from insurance industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, OJK regulations, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles
- Exceptional command of English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
