Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, analyze, and deliver comprehensive reports on all ongoing business programs.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to support business decisions.
  • Translate data insights into strategic recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams in shaping business strategies and program development.
  • Conduct in-depth customer behavior analysis to support the creation of relevant, targeted promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business strategies and manage budgets effectively and efficiently.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business monitoring and performance tracking.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards across all reporting and analytics processes.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in the Banking industry (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Cards, Lending, or related financial services).
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Proven experience working with large and complex datasets and translating insights into business impact.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior analytics, campaign analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
