Job Purpose

At Multi Bintang Indonesia, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—supporting people, the planet, and fostering togetherness.

As a Brewing Technician, you'll specialize in three key areas within our brewhouse operations —whether it’s Wort Production, Cellar & Fermentation or Beer Filtration. Your expertise will help us achieve our production targets efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure Safety & Health: Implement and adhere to safety and health protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Drive Production Output: Achieve production goals in terms of quantity and quality.
Maintain Equipment: Ensure high reliability and availability of production machinery and supporting equipment.
Control Processes: Implement process control standards to optimize production efficiency.
Manage Materials: Ensure the availability of production materials.
Achieve Shop Floor Excellence: Maintain excellence in all shop floor activities.
Promote Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the working environment.

Candidate Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome
Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts.
Location: Willing to be based in Tangerang Brewery.

Tools Provided: Uniform & Personal Protection Equipment

Contract: Full-time
