What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Manage and maintain policies and procedures related to People & Culture functions by coordinating with Operations Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentation materials for management and committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of required documentation and data.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain risk management documentation for the People & Culture function, such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Risk Profile, and other related records.
  • Coordinate and prepare complete and accurate reports required by regulators as well as non-regulatory stakeholders.


What Is Required and What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Policy & Governance or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in English, with the ability to understand and communicate in work-related contexts
