As the Brand Team, you are not just "helping"; you are owning the execution of brand strategies, analyzing market data to find growth "white spaces," and leading cross-functional teams to bring products to life.
What will you do?
- Market & Data Analysis
- Performance Tracking: Monitor brand health, sales data, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Consumer Insights: Partner with research teams to understand the "why" behind consumer behavior and translate those findings into marketing tactics.
2. Campaign & Creative Execution
- Project Leadership: Collaborate with the marketing communication team and act as the primary point of contact for creative media to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Omnichannel Strategy: Oversee the rollout of brand messaging across channels - social media, TV, and offline campaigns.
3. Product & Innovation Management
- Manage the development of multiple brands within Lemonilo’s portfolio, including new product launches, product renovations, and/or seasonal extensions.
- Launch Coordination: Lead the commercialization process for new products (NPD), ensuring the supply chain, offline and online sales, and marketing are all synced for launch day.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Sales Partnership: work closely with the sales team ( offline and online) for brand visibility and in-store promotion.
- Internal Liaison: Work closely with Product Innovation, Supply Chain, and Marketing Communication to ensure brand feasibility and profitability.
- Conduct administration duties related to brand operationalization
What are we looking for?
- Ideally, 2 years of marketing experience within brand/marketing in the FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of the FMCG market, competitive landscape, and consumers in Indonesia.
- Possess a high interest in brand and marketing management.
- Proficient with Google Workspace.
- Good AI literacy: Familiar with AI generators - ChatGPT, Gemini, or else.
- Knowledge in social media monitoring.

- Committed to grow.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive attitude and a problem-solving, solutions-focused approach.
- Great analytical skills with good business acumen.
- Eagerness to learn and grow your career in an engaging FMCG industry.
- Creative and up-to-date with the latest and upcoming trends.
- Learning Agility: Lemonilo pivots fast. The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and have a "fail-fast, learn-faster" attitude.
- Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for cross-border collaboration and local market insights.
