Develop and monitor dealer aftersales (service) 4W operations to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity, and target achievement.


Responsibilities

  • Drive dealer aftersales (service) operations (business, processes, and HR) to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity, and target achievement.
  • Monitor dealer after-sales (service) Kalimantan regional official workshop performance across Kalimantan.
  • Evaluate compliance with Service Quality Standards (SQS).
  • Plan and develop the authorized Suzuki workshop network.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Min.1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.


Required Skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and auditing processes is a strong plus.
  • License: Proficient driver with a valid manual (M/T) and automatic (A/T) driver's license (SIM A).
