Accommodation owns the hotel and property booking experience across Traveloka's eleven markets — from budget guesthouses to premium international chains. We connect millions of Southeast Asian travellers to a global supplier network, and you help build the pipes that make that possible: the integrations that pull live rates, availability, and rich property content into the product, accurately and at scale.
This is connectivity work where the details decide the outcome. You will shape how we onboard supply, where rates and inventory come from, and how reliably they flow — so a traveller always sees the right property at the right price. About The Job
As a Product Operations Analyst on Traveloka's Accommodation team, you keep the operational engine running and turn its data into something the team can act on — executing the daily processes accurately and surfacing what the numbers are telling you.
- Execute daily service-delivery processes, maintaining accuracy and SLAs as volumes grow
- Follow and help refine standard operating procedures, keeping the documentation acurrate and updated
- Troubleshoot routine operational cases, escalating the exceptions that need a judgment call
- Pull and clean operational data into clear reporting
- That reporting is what the team uses to spot issues and trends
- You are fluent enough in SQL or a BI tool to answer your own questions without waiting on someone else
- Use AI tools to draft SOPs and speed up case triage, routing exceptions to a human rather than auto-resolving them
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- You are organized and precise.
- You stay accurate under repetitive, high-volume work.
- You are comfortable in spreadsheets.
- You are starting to work with SQL or BI tooling to answer your own questions.
- You understand the basics of how the Accommodation business works.
- You are curious about how the numbers connect to it.
- You communicate clearly.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent depth from operational and analytical work, with around a year of experience.
- You can flag a problem with the relevant data attached.
- You take direction well.
- You follow through on commitments without being chased.
- You are comfortable using AI tools to draft documentation and speed up routine work.
