Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process various billing documents, including invoices, credit notes, and statements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify accuracy of billing data, including product/service details, pricing, and customer information, against supporting documentation.
- Liaise with sales, operations, and finance departments to gather necessary information for billing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and accurate billing records, both physical and digital.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries related to billing and invoice discrepancies.
- Generate regular billing reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company internal controls.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the finance department.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or billing support role, preferably within an agribusiness or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
